Penang & Cameron Highlands.

Two weeks (if I'm not wrong) back, had a family trip to Penang and also Cameron Highlands over the weekend cause we just felt like it. So here's a post about it. Me, being me was kind enough to take pictures of what place we ate at and stuffs so you people wouldn't be lost and not know what to try in Penang although most of you wouldn't even care. T_____T Food review it is! 

But of course, this food review will only come in handy if you have a GPS since I myself have no idea where the places are. It's like sending me to the moon and asking me to find Pluto. (Y) (Y) 

One Corner Cafe. So we came here for the Har Mee (Prawn Mee for you bananas out there) because according to my dad, they have the best Har Mee. Don't know my dad got exaggerate or not by the way he described it. I on the other hand tried the Lam Mee because I'm not someone who can stand spiciness. The Lam Mee wasn't nice at all. It's super sticky and they had chicken leg in it. WHO EVEN PUTS CHICKEN LEG IN LAM MEE? So it's quite difficult to swallow since it's so sticky. Plus, chicken feet is so not my thing. 

THIS. They have the best chicken wing ever! Well, that's according to my brother. Super lots of people. And as you can see, this place has no name so I took a picture of the street hoping that you people will be able to find it streets after streets. I'm a genius. ^____^ They have many other food which are quite nice too.  Their Char Kuey Teow even have crab meat on it dahell. Not forgetting their tasty satay too. 

And this is Gurney Drive. If you've never heard about Gurney Drive and you're heading to Penang, you're welcome because it's so popular that everybody needs to know. Or at least hear about it before. But honestly, they do have many stalls all over but all their stalls sell almost the same thing. Ended up getting asam laksa  and mochi ny. But Kuala Lumpur's laksa can compete with their laksa dy honestly. 

Botanical Park! The place where you see monkeys everywhere and imagined yourself getting attacked by them. 

Ais Kacang and I think they added peanut butter. Their Char Kuey Teow super famous and it costs RM7+. Yeah, for a plate of roadside Char Kuey Teow. But it's good. Determined me is determined cause I even took picture of the road sign so you can GPS it. Lorong Selamat guys! Just hoping that there's only one Lorong Selamat in Penang. 

Trust me, it's dirty.

Overall it was good. Went to a few farms like the Rose farm, Cactus farm, Strawberry farm, Mushroom farm and even tried going to Boh Tea's plantation but it was closed. So yeah only got to see the view. I remember sneezing non stop there though.
