Falling From Cloud9. ♥

So I came across this website that is super informative especially for girls. They give you information on how to lose calories by just sitting (I'm pretty sure this is what everybody always look for), hair cuts that are suitable for your face shape, habits that are giving you acne and many more. Not gonna lie, I only continue checking on the website cause I was curious on how to lose calories sitting down since I'm someone who eats a lot and then just sit down and do nothing (or even fall asleep dacrap fail at being a girl). Since I don't do sports and I'm super lazy when it comes to physical activities including walking wth, that article is like a must read for me! Right right right? 


Me being kind shall share some information. *spreads love to people who loves eating but is too lazy to do physical activities to burn fats*. :D






1. By laughing. 
Vanderbilt University Medical Center says that if you can eek out a laugh for 10 to 15 minutes a day, you'll burn up to 40 calories. Also, they mentioned that even if you stop laughing already, you'll continue burning calories because some metabolism shit thingy will increase also when you laugh. I'll give myself double thumbs up for this since I do laugh a lot in college these days! I was hoping to see something like crying is able to help you burn calories too when I saw this. 


2. Tap your feet. Wiggle in your seat. Tap that pen on your desk.
Or in simpler language, move! Cause according to them, movement requires energy (small kid also know right!) and therefore calories will be burned. "Think about when you shiver from being cold -- your body is trying to generate heat with involuntary muscle contractions that require energy and calories."


3. Keep cool.
It's something related to some kind of brown tissue in our body that will be active when our body is cold and then they will suck our fats out from the rest of the body to fuel itself. And all this while I thought that being in a cold room is no good because calories will not be burnt since we wouldn't be sweating pffft my whole life is a lie.


4. Stay hydrated. 
They recommended us to drink warm water because it can help in burning more calories cause like they'll help increase the metabolism rate. 


This are only some of the ways. Nah, I got it from here. Actually it's cause my weekend was a bore thanks to assessment so I have nothing to blog about so must dig out something to blog. :O
