The Better Half Of Me.

So Kai Chen and I were going through some books at Popular during our college break time and came across a book. So here's a page of it.

I've heard about bra causing breast cancer and stuffs like that but I didn't really take it seriously until I found that book. Started googling bout it in class and I read it out loud to the friends. Figured it's not good enough to just tell the small group of people and decided to blog about it. I very muka tebal wan. To those who already know bout all this bra shit, don't waste your time and read haha.  'BUT BEFORE I CONTINUE CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE DON'T THINK I'M HORNY FOR WANTING OR GOING TO TALK ABOUT BRAS? T_________T I'm not that kind of person *innocent face* :B

So here's a simple statistic to trigger your interest if you are that kind of person that doesn't care even if you're gonna die from breast cancer or whatever shit. :3

  • 3 out of 4 women who wore their bras 24 hours per day developed breast cancer.
  • 1 out of 7 women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed developed breast cancer.
  • 1 out of 152 women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day got breast cancer.
  • 1 out of 168 women who wore bras rarely or never acquired breast cancer.
So to the females out there, which category are you in?!

"They found, for example, that women who wore a bra 24 hours a day had a 113-fold increase in breast cancer incidence compared to women who wore bra less than 12 hours daily! They suggest that bras exert enough pressure to the breast and surrounding areas to inhibit the flow of lymph, which then causes toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out."

There's no need to feel awkward to tell your other female friends about this. If you love them, go ahead and tell them. Both guys and girls should do the same. This is like the first time I'm actually writing on a post about health okay! And I've a bunch of homework to complete boooohoooo. YOU ARE WELCOME. & please do not ask me what are you supposed to do then. I am not a doctor.
